Common questions.
How do we know the results are accurate?
Navi links findings to source documents so your team can check figures and clauses, investigate exceptions and approve the next step. During implementation, we evaluate your workflows on your data and define checks with your team. The OfficeQA result measures a document question-answering benchmark; it is not an insurance accuracy guarantee.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Customer data is not used to train models. Review the applicable processing terms and security documentation with our team before onboarding.
How is our data stored and retained?
Parsewise provides European hosting and model inference, with encryption at rest and in transit. Our trust centre lists the data management and retention policy; contact our team to review retention and deletion requirements for your deployment.
Can Parsewise work with our existing systems?
Navi prepares outputs in your templates, and the browser extension helps populate forms. An API is available for developers. We agree the systems, connections and any custom development required during implementation.
